Yoga and more with Meg (Mondays and Wednesdays)
Start the week right with an outdoor yoga class right on the lake! Meg is a long-time yoga enthusiast who has recently completed her yoga teacher training in ashtanga and hatha yoga. She has a backgroud working as a counselor and has a trauma-informed approach. These classes can be increased in intensity depending on your level.
Semi-Private Training with Adam (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
Semi-Private Training is a format of personal training whereby a qualified personal trainer will train a small group (or pod) of up to six people at a time. Each participant in the pod receives their own personalized workout just the same as in personal training, however, the workout is done within the context of a small group, which greatly reduces the cost. Semi-Private sessions are run outdoors at Henry Rolland Park in the mornings and afternoons on Tuesdays and ThursdaysÂ
Pilates (Wednesdays, Fridays and wet weather days)
Sacred Experience has recently partnered with a Pilates Studio in order to diversify our offering into this important space. Reformer pilates is a great way to improve your core strength and stability, and the indoor space is a nice reprieve on a wet weather day if you do not feeling like training online or in the rain!
Meditation with Adam (Fridays)
Sacred Experience now has a meditation class running once per week. This class can be undertaken in person with Adam in his home in Spence or you can join in online. As you progress in meditation there is an option to progress the practice to a full three hour sadhana, featuring aarti, chanting and pranayama.
Team Training with Adam (Saturdays)
Start the weekend with a vigorous Saturday morning bootcamp right on the lake! This session is run in a classic bootcamp style and is a great way to really increase your fitness, strength and overall conditioning. Challenging and rewarding, with the option of joining the attendees for breakfast afterwards.
